Respecting open-hardware licenses, hardware creators, and intellectual property.
1. Open-Source Hardware Licensing
InventorsGrid champions genuine open hardware. In every analysis, we prominently cite the specific license under which the project is distributed, including:
- CERN Open Hardware Licence (CERN-OHL-S, CERN-OHL-W, CERN-OHL-P)
- TAPR Open Hardware License
- Creative Commons (CC BY, CC BY-SA 4.0) for documentation
- MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, GPL-3.0 for associated firmware and software
2. Visual Assets & Photographs
We do not automatically scrape or republish arbitrary photographs from other websites without verification. Where rights are uncertain, we provide direct outbound links to the creator's repository or project showcase.
Diagrams and schematics generated by InventorsGrid are published under CC BY-SA 4.0 with mandatory attribution to InventorsGrid and the original project author.
3. Copyright & Takedown Requests
If you are the copyright holder or creator of a featured project and believe your work has been incorrectly represented, improperly attributed, or used without authorization, please notify us immediately.
Please email our takedown desk at skrelectronicslab@gmail.com with:
- The specific article URL on InventorsGrid.
- Evidence of your ownership or project authorship.
- The requested remedy (attribution correction, link modification, or full article withdrawal).
We review and act on all valid requests within 48 hours.
